FIMS Undergraduate Student Services is committed to providing academic and career support services to future and current students. Our Academic Advisors, Career Services Officer, and program support staff are available Monday to Friday by appointment or reachable by email.

How to Schedule an Appointment

All appointments are currently being offered in person, by phone or through Zoom.

If you are registered in FIMS, you can book your FIMS Academic Advising or Career Services appointment:

  • Via Connect > Appointments > FIMS Academic Advising & Career Services
  • Review the appointment types and select the option that is the best fit

For students who are not registered in the faculty, future students, or time sensitive inquiries, please email Undergraduate Student Service at macs@uwo.ca during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed for lunch from 1:00 p.m. - 2.00 p.m.)

Make sure to use your Western email if you are a current student.
