MIT 3430A/B   Special Topics in MIT: Film Production

Course Description
The purpose of the course is to continue your journey from screenplay to completed short films! Students will work in small groups and decide whose script will be produced. While not every student's script will be produced, every student will direct a scene for the completed film (more on that later). The course will combine lecture and tutorials to engage students in various techniques to tell their stories. Assignments will include screenplay breakdown, camera and sound techs, film production and editing.


Prerequisites: MIT 2660A/B or MIT 2175F/G

Antirequisites: MIT 3664A/B
