Course Description
Together we consider the implications of uses of Artificial Intelligence and automation all around us by studying specific applications in areas like policing, welfare, media and politics. Our guiding questions are: What kind of datafied societies are we creating and how can we create better datafied futures for all of us?

Prerequisites: Registration in fourth year of an Honours Specialization module in FIMS, or permission of the instructor. Note: Enrolment is based on a ballot system which is submitted prior to course registration.
