Faculty book publication wins the 2020 STAiR Award

Professor Nick Dyer-Witheford, and co-author Professor Svitlana Matvyenko (Simon Fraser University), were awarded the 2020 STAiR prize for their book Cyberwar and Revolution: Digital Subterfuge in Global Capitalism (University of Minnesota Press, 2019). The award is offered by the International Studies Association.

The Science, Technology and Art in International Relations (STAIR) Book Award is iconferred annually for the best book that develops interdisciplinary advances to how science, technology and arts permeate international politics. The award recognises a book published in the preceding two calendar years (copyright date) that advances innovative research agendas on the intersections between international relations and the politics of science, technology and art.
