FIMS office closures for holiday season event - December 13
Dean's Office
The FIMS Dean's Office, located in FNB Suite 2050, will be closed the afternoon of Wednesday, December 13th (12:30PM–4:30PM) for a holiday season event. The office will reopen at 8:30AM on Thursday, December 14th.
Student Services
The Graduate Student Services office in FNB 2020 will be closed between 12:30PM-3PM. The office will be open between 3PM-4:30PM and resume normal hours on Dec 14.
The Undergraduate Student Services office in FNB 2001 will be closed to walk-in traffic for the afternoon, from 12PM-4PM. Students who have urgent issues should call 519-661-3542 or email mit@uwo.ca. The UGSS office will reopen with normal hours on Dec 14.
Other Services
The FIMS Graduate Library (FNB 3020) will be open regular hours.
FIMS Broadcast Technical Services (FNB 3070) will be closed between 12:30PM-3:00PM.
FIMS Computing Services (FNB 2060) will be closed between 12:30PM-3:00PM.
