FIMS Undergraduate Student Services is committed to providing academic and career support services to future and current students. Our Academic Advisors, Career Services Officer, and program support staff are available Monday to Friday, with different options to connect with support.

For time sensitive inquiries, please call Undergraduate Student Service at 519-661-3542 during regular business hours Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. If you don’t reach us immediately by phone, please send us an email at fims@uwo.ca from your Western email and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
