Findings from the Ontario Shelter Research Project released

Various media outlets were on-hand to hear about the research, which aimed to uncover precisely what role shelters play in the lives of abused women and their families. The study was a collaborative effort, and involved participants from a range of shelters, services and research bodies. FIMS Dean Tom Carmichael also attended the press conference.
