LIS 9873   Special Topic: Children, Media and Information

Course Description
An exploration of research, including theoretical and methodological approaches, concerning children (from birth to 12 years) and their interaction with media and information. Emphasis will be given to the context of public libraries but also address the broader settings of children within their families and within contemporary society.
