FIMS
I joined FIMS in 2015 as the Media Production Specialist working with the Broadcasting Technical Services team.
As the current Production Manager of Broadcast Technical Services, I help to facilitate workshops in Camera, Editing, Audio Production and Newsroom Software for students as well as provide day-to-day technical and operational support for faculty, students and staff.
I was a key member in the technical design and build of the FIMS Broadcast Studio in 2017 and since then, with my team, have currently built numerous production studio and audio recording spaces at FIMS.
BROADCASTING CAREER
Before joining FIMS I worked in a number of roles in the Broadcast Industry, this included working as a Camera and Audio Operator for CTV, working in Technical Operations for CHUM and working as an editor and in broadcast operations for 13 years at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Television Technical Operations for LeafsTV, NBATV Canada and GOLTV Canada.
