If this sounds like you, Regina Public Library invites you to apply for one of five new Branch Manager positions. Reporting to a Department Head, the Branch Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of a range of customer-centered library services within our branches. The position shapes the nature and quality of customer service offered in the branch through the selection, assignment, management and supervision of staff. This role requires sound professional judgment in the administration of branch operations, and the use of evidence-based assessment in the implementation of service changes and improvements.
Within this role, your primary responsibilities will include leading community engagement and customer service delivery within your assigned branches; building strong relationships with your staff, with the community and with your peers; and managing your team to fulfill RPL’s vision and mission.
Among your qualifications, you bring with you an ALA accredited Master’s degree in Library and Information Studies and demonstrated library experience with increased responsibilities.

SALARY AND BENEFITS: $74,446 to $106,353; Total rewards package including generous support for professional development.
