  • Lauren Kramer (97) moved to Vancouver in 2000 and is working as a freelance writer while she raises her three kids - Jason, 4 and twin daughters, Sarah & Amy, 1.

  • Shari Okeke (97) is a business reporter for CBC TV in Montreal, working for a daily national business show on CBC Newsworld called Newsworld Business News...and she does a weekly segment for the local show Canada Now.
    She's getting married January 25, 2003. Congratulations and best wishes, Shari.

  • Diana Stein (97) < diana1@wcbnet.com > popped by Middlesex College in July with her fiancĂ©. She worked as a reporter/anchor at a radio & TV station in Fresno and was then hired about an hour south of there as news director at a company called WestCoast Broadcasting. She's in charge of news on three radio stations -- but they are music stations....so the job isn't as taxing as it sounds. She is back in Canada for her July wedding - congratulations Diana!   • Robert Thompson, (97) < robertthompson8@yahoo.com > is working at the National Post as a high-tech/business reporter. He co-wrote a book published last year. The book is called "The Third Best Hull" and is the memoir of hockey almost-great Dennis Hull. (2000-04-05)

  • Jennifer Tam (97) < jhtam@hotmail.com > wrote to us in January, 2000... "After school, I got a job working at Harlequin (yes, the romance people! - ed.) as a proofreader. Well, after two promotions, I'm now an assistant editor. I'm actually editing books, buying new authors, and writing copy. I started the position in December and, so far, am really enjoying it."
